Hiring Process and Pre-Requisite:

Pratian constantly looks for ways to attract and develop the best, brightest, and most talented individuals. One way we do this is through our college recruiting program.

For the current financial year, we are looking to add over 300 candidates to our existing team. The selected candidates will be part of our software development team and will be working on our suite of healthcare products, R&D, or our partner products. All selected candidates will be working at our headquarters in Whitefield, Bangalore.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Students from BE/BTech/ME/MTech from CS/IS/IT/ECE
  • Minimum 60 percent throughout 10th, 12th and degree.
  • No backlogs
  • Good communication skills

Offer Letter and Package

After the collaborative efforts from Pratian’s Technical, HR and Managers, and specific criteria related to the position, we will select the most qualified candidates for our open positions.

The selected candidates will immediately receive the job offer letter consist of information on the position, start date, internship/training and other importation information.

For the entry level candidates, Pratian will offers a salary of Rs. 4.00 lacs per annum.

Training Program

Pratian’s training program is mandatory for all the fresher who join our organization and it is designed to provide valuable hands on experience. During your training, you will gain Technical and Domain Knowledge and build many lasting relationships. The duration of the training is for 3 months and during this period, candidates are paid Rs. 10,000 / month. This training program will start soon after you receive the offer letter.
