We are exploring the opportunity for Campus Recruitment of Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) in the field of Mechanical & Electrical.

We shall be taking them as DETs.

- They will be on an operational training for 24 months, post which they will be assessed and if found suitable, confirmed as Junior Engineer on a probationary period of further1year. The students will be paid their salary during the period of training as well.

- Basis the training and need of the organisation, they can be placed in any department – Production, Quality, Maintenance etc.

- The DET’s will be offered a stipend of 10364  (Inclusive of food and accommodation )

Eligibility Criteria-

DETs: Minimum 50% throughout (10th, 12th and Diploma). No Live back paper.


We are exploring the opportunity for Campus Recruitment of Trainee Engineers in the field of Mechanical Engineering (includes Production, Manufacturing, Automobile) .


We shall be taking them as Trainee Engineers.

- They will be on an Apprenticeship for 12 months.

- After evaluating their performance for 12 months, they will be absorbed depending on the vacancy and their performance. If the performance is not satisfactory, the training period of the candidate can be increased by another 12 months or he may be discontinued with a training certificate.

The SGETs will be offered the stipend of Rs. 10864/- per month (inclusive of subsidized meals & accommodation)

Joining-  Immediate
Eligibity: Minimum 60% throughout (10th, 12th and Graduation).
Selection Process:

1.     Group Discussion
2.      Technical Test
3.     English Written Test
4.      Aptitude Test
5.      Psychometric test
6.      Technical Interview
7.       Personal Interview.

  (Each shall be an elimination round)
Note :-  The students should carry a hardcopy of their CV along with a passport size photographs. They should also have a softcopy of their CV on their private mail id. The students will not be eligible for the process if they do not have the hardcopy and the softcopy.
