Title : Faculty Development Programme
Details : Faculty is the most valuable resource in any technical institute. RGI strives towards promoting values and nurturing culture that facilitates academic atmosphere and teaching/ learning process competency development among faculty. With this view Faculty Development programs were conducted by RGI in its constituent engineering institutes. Computer Science and Engineering in RITS, Electrical and Electronics in REC and Mechanical Engineering was conducted in RIRT. Senior professors like Dr. A.R.Siddiqui, Dr. J.L.Rana, Dr. G. Agnihotri, Dr. R.K.Pandey and outside experts delivered the lectures with the primary focus on developing the competency in teaching new subjects introduced in the curriculum and some important topics mostly required by faculty for R & D and useful to the industry. In the program valuable information and first hand demonstration were provided about the various simulation and metering tools, research database, case bank and other teaching resources for faculty members..
