During Training
Assist senior engineers in day-to-day site activities.
Learn and support construction execution as per drawings and specifications.
Participate in quality checks and safety compliance.
Assist in measurements, billing, and documentation.
Maintain daily progress reports (DPRs)
Post Training (Based on Performance)
Independently handle assigned site responsibilities
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
Monitor material consumption, manpower, and productivity.
Support planning, scheduling, and execution of projects
Technical Skills
Basic understanding of RCC, finishing works, and construction practices
Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
Knowledge of AutoCAD / MS Excel (preferred)
Behavioural Skills

Willingness to work at project sites and flexible hours.
Good communication and teamwork skills

Remuneration/Compensation & Grade
Shortlisted candidates will be designated as Diploma/Graduate Engineer Trainee, training period will be for 1 year and probation period for initial 6 months. Candidates will get an offer of Rs 3 lacs CTC and other benefits as per our existing companys policy. Also, candidates will get a retention bonus of Rs. 30,000/- on every completion of 1 year with certain criteria. The bachelor accommodation will be provided by the company at sites and mess facility will be provided which will be on sharing basis.
