E (Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering) Passed out in 2021 (Freshers) or in 2020 with a drive to work in the Engineering Sales Division. v Candidate having prior experience in Electrical industry preferably Lighting segment will be an added advantage v Location: Stationed at Kolkata and to travel to Bihar for business development Job Description- Associate Sales Manager -Lighting Division Ø Role Sales/ Business Development Ø To generate business development through projects of state government and central government for Led Lighting projects for material supply and installation Ø Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products Ø Delivery of sales performance as per the monthly budget including stretch plan Ø Performance Standards Ø Channel partners/direct customers Ø Experience - To deal in Industrial, Central Govt, State Govt, Municipalities, PSU, Other Private Organization Ø Good Knowledge of Govt tender fulfillment for Empanelment, Orders Etc. CTC: - Minimum 3 LPA.
