Onboarding Process:
Upon getting selected in the above mentioned selection process, the candidate will be taken in as an intern for a period of 6 months.
A stipend will be paid to the selected candidate during their internship period. The stipend will be 12500/- INR per month for next 6 months.
On successful completion of the internship the candidates will be taken on roll with a 3,00,000/- to 5,00,000/- INR CTC per annum and will vary as per their individual performance.
Please note that we will invest a huge time and efforts in enhancing the skills sets of individuals during the training of these resources so candidate will have to sign a commitment agreement for 3 years including their internship period with Netlink.
