During training/probation period, initial salary would be INR 13K -14K per month + Variable Pay based on performance

After one year based on performance the recruited employees will be confirmed.

Job Details
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Input Material Verification and In process Quality Checking.
- Fill-up in process quality and report
- Maintained Quality equipment, & poka-yoke available production Machine.
- Understand Control plan and ensure production team meet their product requirement, inspect final output and compare requirements.
- Report quality and process deviation to Section In charge.
- Fill up required quality & Production document of process and product, as Per Frequency.
- Production and rejection Actual data & Qty. Handling shift wise in his shift.
- Understand SOP, WI and ensure production team following same.
- Follow 4M management Sheet.
- Help Of Any non-Conformity of In house & Customer End.
- Maintained machine As Per Machine Daily Check Sheet.
Percentage Requirement
60% and above in Engineering semester till date. No active backlogs at the time of joining.
Hard working/ Ready to work in Production Line & open to relocate to Rajkot.
