1. JOB PROFILE:
· Promotion of various products and services related to our group company.
· Making corporate presentations to the clients
· Sourcing new clients by generating leads.
· Preparation of techno commercial agreements.
· Assisting on technical issues related to our products & services.
· Billing & commercial settlements of clients with DISCOMs/ SLDC/RLDC.
· Meeting the quarterly targets.
2. SKILLS:
· MBA(Marketing)- OR B.E Electrical/ B. E Electrical & Electronics/B.E Electronics & communication
· Excellent communication skills in English, smart.
· Very good marketing skills having smart & intelligent decision making qualities.
3. LOCATION OF POSTING: Anywhere in India
4. SERVICE CONDITIONS:
· The candidates will have a probationary period of Six Months.
· Notice Period of Three Months to be served by Candidate at the time of leaving the company.
· The candidates are required to sign a 20 months service commitment with us.
4. REMUNERATION:
Cost to Company (Annual CTC) : Rs. 4, 52, 000 per annum.
Break Up of Salary Details:
Net Salary : Rs. 3, 00, 000 per annum. [Take Home]
Subsidised Food (Facilitated by Company) : Rs. 36, 000 per annum. [Not to be earned in Cash]
Mediclaim (Individual Insurance provided by company) : Rs. 8, 000 per annum. [Not to be earned in Cash]
Telephone Reimbursement : Rs. 6, 000 per annum. [Not to be earned in Cash]
Bachelor’s Accommodation (for first year only) : Rs 96,000 per annum [Not to be earned in Cash]
Tiffin Allowance : Rs 6,000 per annum [Not to be earned in Cash]
5. Other than the above, the Candidate would also be entitled to tour reimbursement as per actual entitlement.
6. Designation – Management Trainee, after confirmation Junior Manager.
Experienced Candidate – Junior Manager, after confirmation Assistant Manager.
**Accommodation - Provided by Company for the first year of Service only. If the employee does not / can not avail the facility, for whatever reason, the amount will not be credited to salary. We are offering Company accommodation only to male candidates.
