The management department of Radharman Institute of Technology and Science (RITS) organized a specialist lecture on From Data to Decision: The Power of Analytics in Business for MBA students. In the program, Managing Director and Founder Prashant Tiwari of Cyberom Technology informed the students about Business Analytics, data-driven decision-making processes, and the role of technology in modern business. The program was organized by the management department of RITS and RICE.
Mr. Tiwari explained that in todays competitive business environment, data-driven decisions have become an important foundation. The institute can analyze available data and turn it into useful information, and based on it, make fast, accurate, and effective business decisions. He emphasized that students should develop analytical thinking along with technical skills.
The president of Radharman Group, Engineer Sanjeev Saxena, said that the industrial world is rapidly becoming data-driven. In such a scenario, for management students, traditional management knowledge alone is not sufficient, but they also need to develop the ability to understand, analyze, and make decisions based on data. He said that the Radharman group is constantly striving to provide students with practical exposure in line with the changing needs of the industry along with academic knowledge.
In the lecture, students were made aware of the role of data in practical use of Business Analytics, strategic planning, forecasting, improving performance, and achieving competitive growth. The expert explained through examples how raw data can be transformed into useful business information to make the decision-making process more effective.
