13-07-2013 : Faculty Induction Program


Faculty Induction Program was organized on 13th July 2013, in the Radharaman Group of Institutes for the faculty who joined after December 2012. An effective faculty induction program is vital for helping new faculty succeed in the teaching profession. Dr. J.L. Rana introduced new faculty to the ethos and vision of the institutions and helped them to understand their own role in the light of imparting quality technical education. Dr.V.K.Tokhi addressed the faculty to make them understand basic tenets in education, including introduction to a range of pedagogies and classroom management techniques such as planning, assessment and curriculum development.
This has resulted in faculty working as a team with a shared vision.
Chairman Shri R.R. Saxena stressed that maintaining the good relationship between faculty and students is very necessary for the growth of RGI and conveyed his best wishes to the entire newly joined faculty for their better carrier in education.
