Engineering Day Program organized on Engineering day at Radharaman College Bhopal, 15 September 2024: Radharaman Institute of Technology and Science (RITS) celebrated Engineering Day with Harshollas. The alumni also participated in this occasion. Alumni of Electronics and Communication (EC) department of 2011 batch, Anoop Soni, who is currently working as Manager (Systems) at Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation, addressed the students. Anoop Soni said in his address, "I can never forget the days of my student life spent here." This program was organized by Bhopal Branch of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. The program was initiated by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs of Government of India, New Delhi and ICAI, New Delhi. The program was aimed to spread awareness about financial management and investment. Chief Guest of the program was Miss Yamini Gujjar, CA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Bhopal Branch (CIRC). He gave important information about financial management, insurance, budget, will, investment locker, power of attorney and taxation. Group director Dr on this occasion P. What. Basic Scout Master Course organized in Radharaman 30 August 2024: Basic Scout Master Course was organized at Radharaman Group premises under the supervision of Bharat Scout & Guide Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal Division. Participants from five districts of Bhopal Division participated in this camp. The camp was conducted under the guidance of Sudhir Singh Vishwakarma (Sihore), Vishal Singh Bhadoria (Vidisha), Sushil Billaur (Raisen), Ramesh Mewada (Sihore), Mohammad Azharuddin (Bhopal), and Suraj Suryavanshi (Sihore). They discussed ways to make civil engineering more simple and convenient using software like Primavera and 3D Max. He explained how rebuilding old civil structures through computer technology and determining their age has become easier now. राधारमन ग्रुप में दो दिवसीय स्‍टूडेंट डेवलपमेंट कार्यक्रम आयोजित भोपाल, 9 अगस्त 2024: राधारमण समूह के ट्रेनिंग एंड प्लेसमेंट सेल द्वारा राधारमण इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ़ टेक्नोलॉजी एण्ड साइंस में दो दिवसीय छात्र विकास कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम का संचालन एचआर विशेषज्ञ चंदन एस. भटवडकर ने किया, जो एचआर क्षेत्र में 12 से अधिक वर्षों का अनुभव रखते हैं। कार्यक्रम का मुख्य उद्देश्य छात्रों के कौशल को बढ़ाना और उन्हें साक्षात्कार के लिए तैयार करना था। इस दौरान एचआर विशेषज्ञ चंदन भटवडकर ने छात्रों को प्लेसमेंट, रिज्यूमे निर्माण, साक्षात्कार तैयारी, नौकरी खोज, रणनीतियों और पेशेवर शिष्टाचार के बारे में महत्वपूर्ण सुझाव दिए। कार्यक्रम में छात्रों को नौकरी प्राप्त करने के विभिन्न पहलुओं के बारे में जानकारी दी गई, जिससे वे अपने करियर में एक मजबूत आधार बना सकें। चंदन भटवडकर ने अपने अनुभवों को साझा करते हुए छात्रों को उन युक्तियों के बारे में बताया जो उन्हें भविष्य में नौकरी प्राप्त करने में सहायक होंगी। राधारमण समूह के चेयरमेन आर. आर. सक्सेना ने इस अवसर पर कहा, हमारे संस्थान का लक्ष्य छात्रों को केवल शैक्षिक ज्ञान प्रदान करना नहीं है, बल्कि उन्हें व्यावहारिक जीवन में भी सफल बनाने के लिए तैयार करना है। इस तरह के कार्यक्रमों से छात्रों को न केवल कौशल में वृद्धि होती है, बल्कि वे अपने करियर के लिए आत्मविश्वास से भरे हुए आगे बढ़ सकते हैं। हमें खुशी है कि हमारे छात्रों ने इस कार्यक्रम में बढ़-चढ़कर हिस्सा लिया और इससे लाभान्वित हुए।
